Contract role: Operations Asset Management Alternatives Private and Closing
YOUR IMPACT
The Asset Management Alternatives Private and Closing (AM Alts E&C) team is seeking an Analyst to support the various business lines within the Alternative Asset Management Business .
This is an exceptionally diverse role that entails collaboration with Global deal teams Strategists Controllers Legal Technologists Risk Credit Tax Compliance & cross Operational groups to facilitate a business that is multiasset dynamic and bespoke.
Asset classes including Public / Private Securities Loans and bespoke structures.
The successful individual will be expected to work in a team of and Closing professionals and be able to be commercial critical & creative whilst ensuring the highest level of risk management.

In addition Operations provides essential risk management and control to preserve and enhance the firm s assets and its reputation. For every trade agreed every new product launched or market entered every transaction completed it is Operations that develops the processes and controls that makes business flow.
AM Alts E&C members are subject matter experts within Operations who play a critical role in supporting bespoke and varied transactions. New products/ business entity creation infrastructure enhancements and crossregional coordination are core activities.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
Role Responsibilities
- Gain an in depth & comprehensive understanding of a wide range of products processes bespoke transactions and corporate practices / governance
- Partner with the Business and Federation to provide subject matter and system knowledge expertise
- Leverage your skills to decompose complex structured transactions and propose creative robust operational solutions Face off with senior stakeholders and drive priorities
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE RE LOOKING FOR:
Basic Qualifications
- Candidate must be comfortable in a high pressure environment
- Confident in their verbal and written communication especially with senior audience
- Strong problem solving and presentation skills
- High attention to detail
- Innate curiosity and drive
- Able to work well in a team environment cross teams and regions
- Prior knowledge of Derivatives Loans Equities and Bonds
- Loans Closing experience required
