As a Member Services Specialist youll play a vital role in supporting our software customers by serving as an extension of their Accounts Receivable and Member Management teams. Youll be the friendly helpful voice members hear when they need support with billing membership changes and account resolution. This role blends customer care with financial operations all powered by Daxkos software tools.
Your daytoday will include managing billing data resolving account issues communicating with members and ensuring accurate and timely followup. Youll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration growth and delivering exceptional service.
The schedule for this role will be MondayFriday 10 am7 pm CT. This will be a hybrid position.
