We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Austin TX. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth frontdesk experience. You will manage incoming calls schedule appointments and support daytoday administrative tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Provide basic administrative support to office staff
Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
