Job Description
Required Skills:
- 10 years in ServiceNow platform 5 years in CMDB/CSDM.
- Mastery of CSDM 5.0 framework and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Deep knowledge of IRE Discovery Service Mapping and Event Management.
- Experience driving CMDB programs across multiple business units or geographies.
- Experience with ServiceNow Platform upgrades data migration SNOW and performance tuning.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM ITOM CMDB Discovery Service Catalog Workflows and Custom Applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript Glide API REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow scripting (Client Script Business Rules UI Policies etc..
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Additional certifications (e.g. CAD ITSM Discovery IntegrationHub) preferred.
