Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented Admin Officer to manage dispute resolution financial documentation and client account adjustments. The role involves processing payment discrepancies coordinating settlements and ensuring compliance with transactional protocols. This position is vital for maintaining accurate records and supporting seamless financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve thirdparty disputes by retrieving and verifying systemgenerated data.
- Follow up on incomplete or inaccurate customer documentation to ensure compliance.
- Respond promptly to collectionsrelated inquiries via email providing clear resolutions.
- Manage payment holds reactivations and adjustments based on client requests.
- Process and reconcile duplicate payments coordinating refunds or account credits.
- Calculate early payment settlement figures accurately.
- Set up and maintain direct debit authorizations while ensuring system accuracy.
- Monitor and update credit default statuses escalating issues as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Accounting or Finance is required.
- 3 years of experience in administrative support finance or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in financial management systems or CRM platforms.
- Strong written communication skills for drafting precise email correspondence.
- Analytical aptitude for performing financial calculations and reconciling accounts.
- Familiarity with billing processes collections protocols and dispute resolution.
- Problemsolving skills to address discrepancies and maintain workflow efficiency.
- High attention to detail for errorfree documentation and data entry.
- Adaptability to evolving regulatory requirements and procedural updates.
