The Chief Technical Officer (CTO) is a senior leadership position responsible for steering the overall technical strategy overseeing technology operations and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions and services. This individual will work closely with internal teams customers and suppliers to lead architectural planning implementation support services and vendor management across a range of platforms and technologies. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities:
Solutions Architecture
- Lead technical architecture design and planning.
- Conduct technical scope sessions with clients and internal teams.
- Manage and participate in customer and supplier meetings for requirements gathering and strategy alignment.
- Design detailed implementation and contingency plans.
- Oversee testing deployment and of technical solutions.
Customer Success Consultants
- Act as a senior advisor on complex client projects and initiatives.
- Deliver advanced training and mentorship to the Customer Success team.
- Review and support the development of technical proposals and RFP responses.
Support Oversight
- Provide senior advisory support on technical escalations.
- Develop and conduct training programs for support staff.
- Oversee incident management for both server and supplier issues.
- Drive development and enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Handle service reconciliations escalations and reporting.

- Endtoend management from product consultation to supplier engagement.
- Ensure platform and security implementations meet industry standards.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 10 years of experience in a technical leadership or architectural role.
- Proven experience with multivendor environments (Microsoft Sophos Silicon Sky Nable Cambium Unifi Grandstream).
- Deep understanding of SaaS platforms security systems and cloudbased services.
- Experience managing support teams professional services and vendor relationships.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure management, and security. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in managing IT infrastructure (servers, workstations, networks, cloud platforms). Proficiency in network administration, including routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs. Hands-on experience with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications. Strong understanding of IT security principles, tools, and best practices. Experience with database management and backup solutions. Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing (AWS, Azure). Support & Troubleshooting: Expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner. Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact effectively with end users. Ability to provide clear instructions and support to users with varying levels of technical expertise. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
