Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Management Trainee Human Resource to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about human resource management and are looking to build a strong foundation in recruitment employee engagement and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing screening and interviewing to onboarding
Coordinate and manage interviews assessments and candidate communication
Help develop and post job descriptions and recruitment advertisements
Maintain and update employee records contracts and HR documentation
Support in conducting employee engagement activities
Assist with exit interviews feedback collection and disciplinary procedures
Help manage HR MIS documentation and internal coordination tasks
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for various HR initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal policies and HR processes
Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Freshers are welcome (Graduates with interest in HR preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of MS Office tools Excel Word Outlook
Ability to learn quickly and handle responsibilities independently
Professional attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to grow
