Job Title: HR Recruiter Blue Collar Hiring (Female Sewing Machine Operators)
Location: New Tirupur Tamil Nadu
Experience: 0 3 years (Preferred in bluecollar or garment industry hiring)
Employment Type: FullTime
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who specializes in bluecollar recruitment specifically in hiring Female Sewing Machine Operators for garment manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local recruitment channels excellent people skills and a handson approach to fulfilling manpower needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Source screen and shortlist candidates for Sewing Machine Operator roles (female candidates only).
Use multiple sourcing methods field visits local agents referrals job fairs WhatsApp groups etc.
Coordinate interviews selection and onboarding process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of skilled and unskilled candidates.
Collaborate with training teams and factory HR for smooth integration of new joiners.

Requirements
Proven experience in bluecollar recruitment preferably in the textile/garment industry.
Good knowledge of the local geography and labor market in and around Tiruppur.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.

Salary : Rs. 12000 Rs. 15000

Need to join Immediately. Should be in Chennai only. Any Graduates Can apply, who want to secure a future in the recruitment industry. Agency Screening-2.5 years experience in HR field. Need to have passion for recruitment. MBA graduates are preffered. Need to reside in Chennai only. Should be open to flexible timings including night shift and also to work on Sat-Sun (only if required)
