Overview
The TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) for All Subjects plays a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of students in elementary and middle school settings. This position requires a dedicated educator who can deliver comprehensive lessons across various subjects and inspire students to achieve their potential. By fostering a positive learning environment the TGT is responsible for developing students academic skills critical thinking and social development. The role involves not only imparting knowledge but also engaging with parents and the community to support student growth. The TGT participates actively in the development of curricular materials and assessment strategies while continuously adapting their teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. This role is essential for maintaining the educational standards of the institution and ensuring that all students receive a highquality education.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement daily lesson plans across all subjects.
- Create an engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess and evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Foster critical thinking and problemsolving skills among students.
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and classroom activities.
- Participate in curriculum planning and development initiatives.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of educational trends and best practices.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities to enhance student learning.
- Administer standardized tests and analyze the results to improve teaching strategies.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and resources.
- Provide individualized support to students as needed.
- Implement classroom policies that promote positive behavior and discipline.
- Attend professional development workshops and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification for TGT (All Subjects).
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in diverse learning environments.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of child development principles and ageappropriate teaching strategies.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues administrators and parents.
