About the role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our dynamic technology team in Santiago Chile. In this role you will be responsible for developing and enhancing features within our advanced business application web solutions.
You will play a crucial part across the full development lifecycle from designing and implementing new functionalities through rigorous testing and deployment to maintaining and optimizing various components of the system. This is a great opportunity to work on missioncritical applications that directly impact the organization s operational success.
As part of a global company excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication and daily collaboration.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design develop and enhance features for our webbased business applications.
- Build product features endtoend including design coding testing and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Review maintain and optimize existing code to improve reliability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration and high performance of databases and data models.
- Follow best practices for software development including version control code reviews and testing methodologies.
- Work with frontend frameworks to enhance user interface and experience.

Requirements :
Knowledge and Experience
- . or . in Computer Science from a leading institution or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Java programmer in web application development.
- Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring Hibernate).
- Solid understanding of web technologies: HTML CSS JavaScript AJAX.
- Experience with databases and SQL (MSSQL PostgreSQL Oracle).
- Familiarity with frontend development frameworks (React AngularJS Angular).
- Excellent English proficiency this is a must for both written and verbal communication.
