Job Summary
We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Commercial Lines Agent to join our team. The Commercial Lines Agent will be responsible for providing expert advice and selling insurance policies to commercial clients. This role requires excellent communication skills a strong understanding of insurance products and a proactive attitude towards building and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and needs analysis for commercial clients
- Provide personalized insurance solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client
- Sell and crosssell insurance products to commercial clients ensuring coverage aligns with their risk management goals
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy details
- Keep up to date with industry regulations and policy changes
- Collaborate with underwriters and other insurance professionals to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions
- Handle client inquiries claims and policy changes in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an insurance agent particularly in commercial lines
- Sound knowledge of commercial insurance products and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Proficiency in using insurance sales software and CRM systems
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
