The Job

As a Supply Chain Analytics Senior Manager youll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team located in one of the 3 HQs or remote responsible for implementing our global planning center of excellence (COE) analytics strategy. In this role you will be working closely with different supply chain planning teams and IT partners to identify critical business problems and provide datadriven analytical solutions. The candidate will have a strong background in data analytics supply chain planning operations and leadership.

Your responsibilities include:

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the analytic strategy is aligned with business objectives/focuses

• Pinpoint key business challenges and deliver analytical solutions by identifying problems conducting analyses and present findings

• Partner with IT to ensure the data is complete accurate and easily accessible for analytics and report development

• Guide and support junior team members in delivering comprehensive analytical solutions and managing stakeholder relationships

• Perform regular evaluations of the supply chain planning process in collaboration with planning COE colleagues to pinpoint opportunities for improvement an innovation

• Play a key role in furthering the teams overall analytics capabilities in areas such as robotic process automation predictive modeling via ML/AI etc.

The Person

Requirements

• Bachelors degrees in STEM (Science Technology Engineer or Mathematics) or related fields

• Minimum of 8 years in supply chain data analytics or a related field with at least 3 years in a managerial role

• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to work with complex supply chain datasets

• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders understand their needs and provide analytical solutions

• Ability to analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities

• Demonstrated leadership and management skills

• Proficient with data analysis tools (e.g. SQL Python etc. and visualization software (e.g. Power BI Tableau etc.

• Experienced in Supply Chain management software (e.g. JDA SAP etc.

Preferred

• Masters degree in the field of STEM or related fields

• Experience in the industrial tools and household hardware industry

• Knowledge of Snowflake data environment
