About the Role: As a Talent development Manager you will join a team of 5 to play an active role to support the definition and implementation of the Groups Talent attraction and development strategy. You will be responsible for key projects for which you will provide your expertise and methodology combined with an excellent understanding of business challenges. As such you will participate in the design development and implementation of some of these programs / initiatives in line with the defined strategy.

This position will report directly into the Group Talent Attraction and Development Director who is based in Suresnes (France).

Key Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the role are divided into 2 areas:

Talent Attraction / Acquisition:

Develop and implement global talent attraction and acquisition strategies to ensure a diverse and highquality talent pipeline.

  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to align global talent acquisition policies with local needs and regulations.
  • Participate to design and execute employer branding initiatives to position Bel as an employer of choice in the global market.
  • Participate to upgrade the HR technology platforms such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure the technology continuously supports our candidate experience.
  • Utilize data analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor market trends and innovation to continuously improve talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Design and deliver training programs for HR and Managers to accelerate Talent Acquisition capabilities.
  • Be responsible for all the Onboarding process including improvement suggestions.

Internal Mobility:

  • Participate to create internal mobility programs to facilitate career growth and development within the organization.
  • Develop and implement policies and processes to support internal transfers and crossfunctional moves.
  • Work closely with the HR Business Partners and Global Talent Management to promote it.
  • Monitor and report on internal mobility metrics to ensure program effectiveness and continuous improvement.

You will also be responsible for deploying monitoring and communicating this cycle to the various stakeholders. Please note the above list is not exhaustive and will be extended over the coming months including Capabilities Development.

Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing global talent strategies.
  • Strong understanding of talent attraction/acquisition best practices and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude to build and develop relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a global matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and HR technology platforms.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
