As the Senior Principal Insider Threat Program Lead at Marvell Semiconductor you will spearhead a comprehensive insider threat program collaborating with crossfunctional teams including Cybersecurity Physical Security Legal Human Resources and Engineering. Your leadership will be pivotal in identifying assessing and mitigating risks associated with employee and contractor access encompassing accidental and negligent actions unwitting accomplices and willful insiders intent on causing harm or benefiting at the companys expense. By partnering with engineering and business leaders you will gain a deep understanding of Marvells critical data and processes devising controls and procedures to protect and respond to potential risks inherent in the semiconductor industry.What You Can Expect
