About the Role

What Youll Be Doing
Oversee all operations of a niche insurance program
Develop and implement program growth strategies
Lead underwriting guidelines and ensure regulatory compliance
Build and maintain relationships with carriers brokers and partners
Manage program performance metrics reporting and profitability
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing tech and service teams
What You Bring
5 years of experience in insurance program management or related underwriting leadership
Deep knowledge of niche/specialty lines of coverage (well tell you more in the interview)
Proven track record of program growth and profitability
Strong analytical and relationship management skills
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
