The Team:
As part of the Finance function the Controllership team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting of the companys financial results. The Finance function has strong business partnerships and influence throughout the company. We drive financially informed decisions in support of the companys strategic objectives. We are investing in advanced analytics capabilities to enhance our datadriven approach to problem solving. We are focused on process improvement to provide the most efficient transactional support for our customers vendors and employees. The Role:
In this position you will be responsible for ensuring technical accounting compliance for the Companys financial transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP with a focus on lease accounting financial reporting and monthend close activities.
Essential Functions:
Oversee the companys global lease accounting program in compliance with ASC 842 including preparing journal entries coordinating entries for global subsidiaries and ensuring key controls are operating effectively.
Assist with preparing financial statements and footnotes for SEC filings (annual 10K and quarter 10Qs) and NonGAAP exhibits for the press release.
Assist with coordinating and supporting the annual financial audit and quarterly reviews performed by the external auditors.
Assist general ledger team with monthend close including reviewing subsidiary results intercompany invoicing and reconciling intercompany balances.
Prepare monthly account reconciliations and resolve variances in a timely manner.
Perform testing for the companys SarbanesOxley (SOX) internal control compliance program.
Respond to adhoc requests such as researching new technical guidance and completing government census reports.

Minimum education and work experience required:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting
CPA with experience in large public accounting firm is preferred
2 years professional experience in accounting is required
