At Aurecon we are looking for a passionate and innovative Electrical Engineer to join our Industrial EI&C team in Sydney. This role is your chance to work on highimpact cuttingedge projects across Sydney designing crucial infrastructure for some of our most exciting clients.

Key Responsibilities to Bring Ideas to Life

You will bring your expertise in heavy industrial and process plant projects applying your knowledge of key Australian Standards to deliver highquality electrical designs. Your experience with power systems software and clientfacing roles will allow you to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams ensuring the successful delivery of projects. A fundamental understanding of inplant electrical distribution (MV and LV systems) and motor control systems will be essential in this role.

What Were Looking For

Youll have a Degree in Electrical Engineering recognized by Engineers Australia and at least 5 years of postgraduate experience in industrial projects (energy water or mining sectors). Youll have strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems motor control systems and relevant standards (AS/NZS 3000 AS/NZS 3008.1.1 and AS/NZS 2067. An understanding of renewable energy and industrial control and communication systems would be an advantage.

Youll be experienced across all project phases from concept to detailed design and have the ability to work closely with Project Managers engineers and designers to support project deliverables. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
