Pay: $20 $22/hr.
About You:
You bring proven experience in a professional kitchen and are ready to step into a leadership role on the line. You have a strong understanding of culinary techniques kitchen flow and station management and youre confident mentoring others while maintaining a high standard of . This role is a great fit for someone who wants to take the next step in their culinary career and grow into a Sous Chef or Head Chef position.
You have solid kitchen experience ideally in a highvolume setting and are comfortable leading by example during service.
You communicate clearly and effectively whether giving direction or collaborating with your team.
You thrive in a fastpaced highpressure environment and maintain composure and focus throughout your shift.
Youre physically capable of standing for long periods bending lifting up to 50 pounds and moving efficiently around the kitchen.
Youre committed to upholding food safety standards and maintaining a clean professional workspace.
About the Job:
As a Lead Line Cook youre not just preparing foodyoure setting the tone for your station and supporting the success of the entire kitchen. Your role is a balance of handson cooking and leadership with a focus on consistency quality and team coordination.
Execute dishes with precision ensuring presentation and flavor are consistent and up to standard every time.
Oversee station setup and preparation confirming all tools ingredients and equipment are ready before service begins.
Monitor food safety and sanitation practices across your station and support teammates in maintaining best practices.
Help manage kitchen inventory through rotation restocking and communicating low stock levels to leadership.
Maintain a clean organized and efficient work environment throughout the shift.
Lead by example and work in sync with fellow cooks dish team and management to keep service smooth and timely.
