Entrepreneurship Expert (m/f/x)

• Take full responsibility for the conception and scaling of cuttingedge education programs for leading institutions from around the globe

• Design and deliver highimpact training programs in Business Design with a heavy emphasis on scalable business models e.g. in the fields of Deep Tech and AI

• Lead and enable others to achieve peak performance fostering a culture of high achievement and impactful innovation

• Continuously evolve our methodologies implement entrepreneurial best practices and serve as a sparring partner for teammates regarding the integration of technological disruptions in our offering

• Develop strategies to exponentially scale and expand our reach and solidify our position as a global leader in transformative education and responsible entrepreneurship

• Expertise in applying advanced innovation methodologies (Business Design Lean Startup Responsible Entrepreneurship etc. and proven ability to validate problemsolution and productmarketfit
• Experience in scaling a (tech) startup or leading innovation initiatives in a techdriven environment
• Proven experience in designing and implementing educational activities and programs
• Proficient in current AI and/or Deep Tech trends and applications
• A datadriven approach to optimizing program effectiveness and impact
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German
• A proactive forwardoriented mindset and the ability to motivate and drive others to take initiative and experiment
• High visibility and credibility through own entrepreneurial success speaking engagements or active participation in the community e.g. as a mentor or investor
