Responsibilities

  • Lead train and delegate responsibilities to our talented community associates ensuring high productivity and performance.
  • Drive financial success by maintaining budgeted occupancy collections and expenses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing resident service requests and conducting thorough community inspections.
  • Embrace our cuttingedge iPad leasing and marketing standards to connect with prospective residents showcase available apartments and secure leases.
  • Oversee leasing office associates fostering their continuous growth in leasing and customer service standards.
  • Create a positive work environment through coaching crosstraining opportunities and promoting career advancement.
  • Stay updated on market conditions and competition providing strategic recommendations for enhancing community operations.
  • Collaborate with vendors contractors and service providers to ensure seamless community operations within budgetary guidelines.
  • Manage capital improvement projects overseeing progress reviewing scope of work and approving payments for outstanding results.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent Bachelors degree or CAM/ARM certification preferred).
  • Minimum of three years of experience in multifamily or hospitality management with a strong understanding of community operations.
  • Excellent communication organization and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented with a passion for delivering on our Its About You customer service standards.
  • Adaptability to a fastpaced and everchanging environment handling unexpected challenges with ease.
  • Strong comprehension of legal documents related to lease management and rent collections.
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity and contributing to an inclusive work environment.
