Strategic planning: develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives. Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive revenue growth
Client acquisition:lead efforts in acquiring new clients. Cultivate and maintain strong trustbased relationships with key clients
Revenue generation:meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation prospecting and leading negotiations from start to finish
Crossfunctional collaboration: work closely with internal teams including product development marketing finance and delivery to ensure seamless of business strategies
Market analysis: stay abreast of industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities
5 years of proven track record of success in business development within the fintech sector is a must. In particular you need to bring experience from selling BaaS or lending solutions
Strong understanding of financial markets products and industry regulations
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities
Ability to communicate fluently in German and English
