The Hispanic Strategy team is seeking a detailoriented and resultsdriven Senior Analyst to support our Front Store Merchandising organization. This position will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience across our Hispanic format stores. This position is instrumental in delivering the best products and promotions to our customers by leveraging strong analytical skills to evaluate sales trends identify opportunities and optimize merchandising strategies and help building financial plans.

The ideal candidate can not only identify complex problems but implement solutions and drive strategic changes across their category of responsibility as well as support larger business unit/front store challenges outside their assigned category. Candidates should be able to clearly present to Senior Category Manager and leadership. A successful Senior Analyst will leverage strong prioritization skills to proactively anticipate the market and take calculated well supported risks to grow CVS/category market share while balancing P&L financial impacts.

Candidates must be able to successfully:

• Budgeting / Forecasting Responsible for calculating / planning a yearly Sales and Margin targets for specific Categories under Hispanic Format Banners at CVS Health. This includes revisiting these targets throughout the year to track how specific teams are performing in relation to these obligations
• Develop new initiative P&L financial modeling to set incremental sales and margin targets CAPEX and OPEX ask during the enterprise budgeting process.
• Be a strong developer of relationships build strong credible and trusted crossfunctional relationships
• Be able to influence with and without authority so much of the daytoday business practice is to influence others
• Be highly organized and prioritize work on work that has the most value reprioritizing as the strategies adjust
• Be selfdirected require little supervision as successful candidates drive themselves and the portfolio of work they lead
• Be highly analytical ensure the analysis is strong intentional and thoughtful
• Be innovative consistently look for better ways to do things and share those ideas or recommendations with others

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of fulltime work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
• 3 years experience using design methodologies including user research problem definition prototype development and iteration etc.
• 3 years experience building and delivering leadershipfacing presentations and materials
• 3 years experience in Budget & Forecasting
• 3 years experience analyzing and synthesizing data
• 3 years experience successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts
• 3 years experience using Excel SQL tableau and/or Power Bi
• 3 years experience analyzing market trends
• Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
• Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals
• Strong time management skills evidenced by experience being accountable to multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines
• Strong personal integrity and judgment evidenced by a track record of managing highlysensitive or highlyvisible business matters
• Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech
• Strong ability to build fast credible relationships with leaders peers and clients
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to process data identify problems and make effective decisions
• Advanced awareness of problem solving and decision making skills

The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
