Our client is a prestigious Luxury Retirement Village offering an exceptional standard of living and care for its residents. Renowned for its luxurious amenities personalised service and serene environment they are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of this unique facility.
As General Manager you will bring strong leadership operational expertise and a passion for delivering outstanding service ensuring the highest standards of care and hospitality in this highquality setting.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the General Manager
- 63600 per annum
- Working 37.5 hours per week
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities as the General Manager
- Leading and overseeing the daily operations of the Luxury Retirement Village ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
- Managing and mentoring a dedicated team fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and high standards of care.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance resident satisfaction ensuring personalised service and exceptional hospitality at all times.
- Overseeing budgeting and financial management ensuring operational efficiency and resource allocation in line with the Villages goals and standards.
