driven Branch Manager to lead and grow our education recruitment branch
in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
education recruitment proven leadership skills and a track record of

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the branch ensuring all recruitment
targets are met.
Lead motivate and support a small team of recruitment consultants.
Maintain and develop relationships with key clients and candidates.
Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish ensuring high
quality service.
Drive business development activities and identify new opportunities
for growth.
Achieve personal and team billing targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in education recruitment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
A solid billing background with the ability to drive revenue.
A valid UK driving licence and access to a car for client visits.
Strong communication skills and a professional approach to building
relationships.
A desire to lead and grow a team in a dynamic and rewarding
environment.
