Principal Engineer New Product Development NPD Electrical

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Take the lead role for overall electrical design efforts from conceptualization to design prototyping testing qualification rampup and launch.
• Achieve project requirements including technical architecture quality humancentered design criteria designformanufacturability timelines cost and other objectives.
• Coordinate technical activities across the global electrical engineering team and collaborate closely with peers leading mechanical firmware and software efforts.
• Translate user and market requirements into technical designs including evaluating complex alternatives while leading product cost

For This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or closely related study
• 5 years of electromechanicalbased product engineering
• Legal authorization to work in the United States Sponsorship will not be provided for this position

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Technical masters degree
• Experience in New Product Development and earlystage prototyping
• Experience in industrial equipment/devices motor control power electronics and industrial network
