Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Nous recherchons un gestionnaire de produit principal pour rejoindre lquipe produit de 2K Core Games et diriger les initiatives produit pour lensemble du catalogue de jeux Gearbox.
    Votre rle consistera faonner de manire stratgique les plans de contenu de service en direct et de montisation en conciliant la valeur pour les joueurs et les objectifs commerciaux.

    Vous travaillerez en troite collaboration avec le studio les responsables produit afin de dvelopper orienter mettre en uvre et optimiser les stratgies qui soutiennent la vision crative des jeux du catalogue.
  • Vous serez charg didentifier et de prioriser les besoins en gestion produit sur plusieurs projets et de guider les autres chefs de produit en montrant lexemple.
    En tant que responsable du catalogue Gearbox vous reprsenterez la fonction produit auprs des parties prenantes excutives aussi bien au sein du studio que chez 2K en assurant lalignement avec les objectifs stratgiques et en pilotant lexcution russie des initiatives produit.

Votre Mission:

  • Collaborer troitement avec les quipes de dveloppement et ddition pour dfinir les priorits produit sur plusieurs projets non annoncs notamment :
  • Piloter le processus dvaluation produit mise en marchpour influencer la direction stratgique de plusieurs titres tout au long de leur cycle de vie du concept au postlancement.
  • Dvelopper une connaissance approfondie des jeux et de leurs concurrents. Diriger des initiatives cls grer les priorits et partager des analyses stratgiques avec les quipes produit pour faire voluer la stratgie.
  • Diriger la stratgie produit de vos titres en vous assurant que le plan de devellopement et les priorits dquipe servent des rsultats mesurables tant pour les joueurs que pour les objectifs business.
  • Formuler des recommandations produit fondes sur des donnes en collaborant avec les quipes dinsights (Science de donnesanalyses consommateursexperience utilisateur ) pour analyser les comportements joueurs valuer les performances et orienter les priorits.
  • Dfinir les besoins en tlmtrie les indicateurs cls les rapports et les analyses ncessaires la comprhension des comportements joueurs en partenariat avec lquipe ces donnes en stratgies concrtes pour atteindre et dpasser les objectifs de la franchise.
  • Excellente communication crite et orale capable dchanger sur des sujets complexes avec les quipes et de passer aisment des prsentations stratgiques destines la direction.
  • Travailler avec les quipes de production pour entretenir de solides relations avec le studio dans une culture de collaboration et de confiance.
  • Construire et entretenir de bonnes relations avec les studios partenaires en favorisant une collaboration interdisciplinaire pour atteindre les objectifs globaux.
  • Superviser et prioriser le travail dautres chefs de produit et analystes en assurant lalignement stratgique avec le portfolio et la livraison de rsultats de haute qualit.
  • Travailler en lien avec les quipes de croissance commerciale sur les stratgies de tarification promotion de jeu skus et contenus en continu.
  • Raliser une veille concurrentielle approfondie sur le march les tendances les produits concurrents (analyses comparatives dconstruction de jeux).
  • tre un ambassadeur produit : partager les apprentissages processus et bonnes pratiques avec les quipes ddition et de studio.
  • tre la voix du joueur : comprendre et reprsenter la perspective des joueurs pour garantir un modle dengagement et de montisation juste quilibr et respectueux de leur temps et de leurs choix.

Profil recherch:

  • Profil expriment qui inspire et soutient ses quipes en montrant capacit crer lengagement autour dune vision stratgique avec un excellent sens de la communication de la collaboration et de de dcision base sur les donnes quilibrant les priorits business les attentes joueurs les ressources et les contraintes des partenaires approfondie avec les quipes analyses consommateursrecherche utilisateur science de donnes pour valuer les orientations produit et la qualit comprhension des opportunits du march des motivations des joueurs et de lapplication de ces lments la conception exprience en gestion produit production live ops game design ou domaines sur des franchises AAA ou des jeux FreetoPlay sur consoles/PC avec des stratgies produit orients collectes de data avant et aprs le lancement.
  • Excellentes comptences interpersonnelles et de communication (orale et crite) capacit simplifier et structurer des informations pour tous les niveaux hirarchiques.
  • Passion relle pour les jeux et leurs communauts ; capacit analyser ce qui fait le succs dun jeu dans le march autonome proactif et rsilient ; laise dans des environnements ambigus et en constante volution.

Atouts supplmentaires:

  • Bonne connaissance des genres de jeux tel que :des jeux de tir des jeux de rle orients action des jeux de tir tactiques et des roguelike.
  • Excellentes capacits danalyse critique de rflexion stratgique de rsolution de problmes danalyse business et de prise de dcision fonde sur les donnes.
  • Capacit dmontre anticiper les risques et les traiter en amont avant quils ne prennent une ampleur des outils de Business Intelligence capacit construire des modles danalyse en collaboration avec les quipes continu : passion pour voluer dans une industrie en perptuelle avec des outils de visualisation de donnes tels que Tableau (la matrise de SQL est un gros plus).

What We Need

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join the 2K Core Games Product team to lead product initiatives across the Gearbox Portfolio of games. Your role will be to help strategically shape content live service and monetization plans to marry player value and commercial goals. You will work closely the studio product leadership and other product managers to develop guide implement and optimize the strategies supporting the creative vision of the products in your portfolio.

You will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing Product Management needs across multiple projects and leading other Product Managers by example to deliver. As the lead for the Gearbox portfolio you will represent Product Management to executive stakeholders across both the studio and 2K ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving the successful execution of product initiatives.

What You Will Do

Closely collaborate with development and publishing teams to define product priorities for multiple unannounced projects including:

  • Lead and drive the process of evaluating product market fit for our games working cross functionally to strategically impact product direction for multiple titles throughout the full development lifecycle from concept to postlaunch.

  • Develop deep expertise in the games in your portfolio and their competition. Lead critical initiatives manage priorities and share valuable insights across the portfolio and Product teams to continue to evolve our product strategy.

  • Champion and lead product strategy across the titles in your portfolio ensuring that product roadmap and team priorities serve measurable player and business outcomes.

  • Provide insightsbacked product recommendations to studios collaborating with insights teams (Data Science Consumer Insights UXR) to analyze player behavior assess product performance and guide product priorities and roadmaps.

  • Define telemetry needs critical metrics reporting and analyses needed to develop insights into player behaviors in partnership with the Analytics team. Analyze data and translate it into insights and strategies that enable us to meet and exceed core franchise targets.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator adept at discussing detailed topics with team members and seamlessly transitioning to highlevel discussions and presentations for executives.

  • Work with Production to build and maintain strong relationships with the Studio fostering a culture of close collaboration and trust.

  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Studio Partners along while fostering collaboration across diverse teams to achieve organizational goals.

  • Lead and prioritize the work of other Product Managers and Data Analysts ensuring alignment with strategic and portfolio goals and the delivery of highquality results.

  • Work alongside Commercial Growth teams to build strategies for pricing ingame promotions SKUs and ongoing content.

  • Market Intelligence Deliver research on the competitive landscape trends competitor products including product teardowns and competitive analysis.

  • Be the Product Champion Share insights processes and lessons learned with other studio & publishing teams.

  • Be the Player Advocate Understand and advocate for the players perspective to ensure the development of fair and balanced engagement & monetization models that empower customer choice and value for time.

  • Extensive experience in product management production live ops game design and/or other related fields.

  • Experience working on premium AAA franchises or console/PC FreetoPlay games and driving datainformed product strategies in both pre and postlaunch environments.

  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify structure and communicate information for all levels of the organization

  • Deep passion for understanding both games and their players able to deconstruct and articulate what makes for a successful game in todays market.

  • Displays resourcefulness passion and selfmotivation; excels in ambiguous environments and enjoys creating clarity.

Bonus Points

  • Wellversed with shooters ARPGs tactical shooters and/or roguelikes.

  • Strong critical thinking strategy problemsolving business analysis and datainformed decisionmaking capabilities

  • Strong preference for being a fire marshal vs. a firefighter. Able to identify communicate and mitigate risks before they become existential problems

  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools and comfortable building models to explore opportunities while working closely with analytics

  • A selfmotivated lifelong learner who recognizes the games industry is always evolving; the only constant is change

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau (SQL double plus)

The pay range for this position in Texas at the start of employment is expected to be between $127000 $203000 per Year. However base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates such as jobrelated knowledge skills experience and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a bonus and/or equity awards in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired employee will be in an atwill position and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
