Position:PPC Engineer 02 (M)
Qualifications: BE Mechanical
Experience:Min 2 years of Experience in SAP PP MODULE
Salary: up to 2.60 LPA
Job Profile:
Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime.
Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders.
Conduct MRP in SAP for forecast production plan against the customer requirement.
Analyze backorder current order and upcoming order to prioritize to plan and schedule the production order.
Plan equipment materials and manpower requirement to execute the job orders.
Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses.
Maintain reports for production planning activities and sequences.
Communicate production status to manager and customer on regular basis.
SAP PP MODULE:
Bill of materials (BOM) Planning independent req. (PIR) MRP production planning raw materials production confirmation serial number (inventory control) PR & PO.
