Job Description
As part of Institutional Banking the Investor Services team provides telephone support to mutual fund shareholders prospective shareholders and the public. These calls can range from trade details distributions tax forms purchases and redemptions with the goal of placing trades.
As an Investor Services Rep you will supportshareholdersby resolving their issues in a pleasant manner. Ask open ended questionsto determine the root cause and provide solutions. As your knowledge increases you will beginworking with alternative investmentsand have opportunities to advance within the team.This is a cyclicalenvironment that becomes very fastpaced during tax season. The Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licensure is required within 6 monthsand you will be provided with internal resources as well as study time to successfully pass the exam.You must also be available to work a set 8 hour schedule between the hours of 7:00am to 7:00pm MondayFriday.
The team works hard but in a fun relaxed environment where the dress code is casual. Associates will complete tasks individually but still have a team around them to offer support when needed. An inclusive environment where senior leaders go out of their way to meet new associates.

Use your financial acumen to educate callers on funds and productsto achieve customer satisfaction
Use your detailorientation to process all transactions for shareholders to achieve accurate investments

You possess aminimum six months working in a customer service environment that required direct in person or phone interaction.
Compensation Range:
