Job Description
Responsible to conduct the routine program for all students as follows:
- Responsible for professional medical treatment of students.
- Check Up (weight height teeth lice) and report to Dinkes
- BIAS program measles Vaccine and HPV
- Health education (ABAT Aku Bisa Aku Tahu)
- Puberty Talk/Growing Years
- Health education Personal Hygiene (daily routine: Wash hands brush teeth)
- Eye & Dental Check Up
- Create Education Flyer about Monkey Pox Cervarix Thypoid Meningitis
- Administrating WORM and Anemia Medicine
- Responsible for Daily routine program for all students: temperature check every morning
- Responsible to conduct for Special Event for all students
- Maintains clinical records & administrative
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Minimal Education: Bachelor of Nursing
- Comfortable Speaking and Writing using English.
- Having at least 1 year or more experience working with kids is an advantage.
- Knowledge of community agencies to help students in urgent situations.
- Knowledge & understanding of district policies and procedures in health related protocol
