Qualifications :
We require
- Bachelors degree in Fashion or a related field
- 1 year of experience in the Activewear industry preferred
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage a defined set of productrelated tasks with ownership and accountability
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator and Photoshop; strong in design card creation and PLM navigation
- Foundational knowledge of product development manufacturing processes and concepttocreation workflows
- Detailoriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Clear professional communicator who builds trust and collaborates effectively across teams
- Highly organized selfmotivated and proactive in supporting team and crossfunctional priorities
- Creative and strategic thinker who brings ideas to the table and identifies opportunities for improvement
- Naturally curious and collaborative with a growth mindset
- Eager to learn contribute and evolve in a dynamic fastpaced environment
