Job Description

What Youll Do

As part of a dynamic crossfunctional squad youll use your skills and initiative to:

  • Resolve customer store and cash management queries across all brands promptly and effectively.
  • Investigate and correct payment discrepancies ensuring swift resolutions within KPIs.
  • Reconcile store banking exceptions unmatched POS systems and over/underpayments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including store managers operations and internal teams to escalate and resolve issues.
  • Manage invoicing tasks and assist with monthend reconciliations and reporting.
  • Handle customer interactions across multiple platforms with professionalism and care.
  • Support crossfunctional teams with supplier payments and accounts receivable processes.
  • Contribute to team initiatives projects and continuous improvement activities.

Desirable Experience:

  • Cash Management/ retail POS reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with large ERP systems and retail POS cash management.
  • Previous retail experience in store sales and banking reconciliation.
  • Expertise in bank reconciliation and managing journals.
  • Accounts Receivable or Credit Control experience.
