Job Description
What Youll Do
As part of a dynamic crossfunctional squad youll use your skills and initiative to:
- Resolve customer store and cash management queries across all brands promptly and effectively.
- Investigate and correct payment discrepancies ensuring swift resolutions within KPIs.
- Reconcile store banking exceptions unmatched POS systems and over/underpayments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including store managers operations and internal teams to escalate and resolve issues.
- Manage invoicing tasks and assist with monthend reconciliations and reporting.
- Handle customer interactions across multiple platforms with professionalism and care.
- Support crossfunctional teams with supplier payments and accounts receivable processes.
- Contribute to team initiatives projects and continuous improvement activities.

Desirable Experience:
- Cash Management/ retail POS reconciliation.
- Familiarity with large ERP systems and retail POS cash management.
- Previous retail experience in store sales and banking reconciliation.
- Expertise in bank reconciliation and managing journals.
- Accounts Receivable or Credit Control experience.
