Were on a mission to better serve our communities and the retirement landscape in New Zealand and are looking for a senior and savvy Change Manager to shape our transformation programme and lead change across multiple operational and peoplefocused initiatives.
In this 12month fixed term contract role you will oversee the endtoend delivery of change strategies ensuring effective phasing and change readiness across the business.
With a passion for enabling change you will naturally contribute to Arvidas change management capabilities upskilling others along the transformation journey. You will also thrive in a handson environment where you hold accountability for designing and developing change and communication plans process documentation training material and effectiveness metrics.
Based out of our Auckland Support Office with some flexibility to work from home no day will be the same and will see you regularly interacting with our communities and teams across New Zealand.
