Job Description:
Blue Print Out is currently seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating activities resources and communication across multiple projects to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating project schedules resources and information
Serve as a point of contact for project team members and stakeholders
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reports
Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and record meeting minutes
Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Support the project manager with administrative tasks and reporting
Ensure deadlines and budget requirements are met
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field
2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
