Job Description

Are you a construction solicitor looking to join a growing noncontentious team

Senior Construction Solicitor (NonContentious) Cambridge or Colchester with hybrid working

Client
A busy Tier 1 construction team in a forwardthinking firm

Role
Take on a full and varied caseload of noncontentious construction matters
Particular focus on development work including forward funding developments
Engage fully in business development and marketing opportunities and look to continue to develop and grow the team
Offers fantastic client exposure and clear progression opportunities

You
67 years PQE in construction law
Experience in negotiating contracts general procurement and construction transactions
Strong technical and client management skills
A following is advantageous but notrequired
