Answer inbound calls from potential donors promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate non-profit information and process donor pledges.
Maintain detailed interaction records following scripts and guidelines.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
6 months of virtual or 1 year of in office call center experience.
Strong communication attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with fundraising and non profit operations.
Must pass a background check.
Required Equipment: Windows 11 PC USB headset hard wired internet (no Wi Fi).
Pay
$12 $15/hour starting; up to $17.99/hour once qualified.
Eligibility
Only for residents of U.S. states not including CA DE LA MA SD VT WA WV WY.
Answering inbound phone calls promptly and professionally. Providing accurate information and assistance to callers. Resolving customer inquiries and issues on time. Documenting all interactions and maintaining detailed records. Escalating complex issues to appropriate channels when necessary. Following company policies and procedures. Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent service delivery. Adhering to client-specific guidelines and protocols. Meeting performance metrics and targets set by the company.
