Job Description
As an SEO & Content Specialist you will be responsible for managing and executing Mews blog content strategy as well as supporting a variety of SEO tasks (OnPage & OffPage). You will report to our SEO Manager and work closely with the rest of the marketing team to maximize our online visibility and drive leads to our website. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate blog content management and SEO for B2B businesses.
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Develop and execute a blog content strategy that aligns with Mews business objectives and brand voice.
- Own and manage content brief creation for the Mews blog
- Manage mentor and guide editorial staff (including agencies and freelancers) to meet content and SEO goals.
- Conduct keyword research to identify organic search opportunities.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure content aligns with the global strategy and business objectives.
- Support our SEO Manager in other tasks related to SEO OnPage & OffPage.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics SEMrush or similar platforms providing actionable insights to drive traffic and improve rankings.
- Stay up to date with SEO trends algorithm changes and best practices to maintain Mews ahead of the competition in search engine visibility.
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
- Excellent written and spoken English skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus (German desirable).
- 12 years of proven experience in blog management and SEO preferably in B2B.
- Indepth understanding of content management and basic SEO principles especially OnPage SEO.
- Good knowledge of SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush Ahrefs and other SEO tools) and content management systems (e.g. HubSpot).
- Analytical skills and experience in digital analytics (Google Analytics Search Console etc).
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across crossfunctional teams.
- Based and have a full right to work in one of Mews entities.
