Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and analyze customer interactions effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is essential to maintain and update sales opportunities within the database.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel for data analysis creating detailed reports and facilitating decisionmaking processes.
- Expertise in data analysis to identify trends track sales performance and suggest strategic improvements.
- Strong sales reporting skills to compile assess and present sales data to the senior management team.
- Exceptional communication skills are necessary for building and maintaining customer relationships and liaising with internal teams.
- Experience in lead generation to identify and qualify potential sales opportunities.
- Capability to manage the sales pipeline efficiently ensuring continual progress towards meeting sales goals and targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless of sales processes and foster teamwork.
