What youll be doing
As a member of the Imperial Service Team youll manage and grow a complex client portfolio through key relationship management creating comprehensive financial plans and providing exceptional client service. As a Senior Financial Planner youll expertly deliver on CIBCs Imperial Service approach taking responsibility for a large portfolio and helping clients plan for todays needs and tomorrows goals. Youll mentor a team of advisors to problem solve and provide comprehensive financial advice help clients to secure their futures own homes and set up businesses. Youre flexible to work our banking centre hours which may include evenings and weekends. To help deliver a great client experience youre flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

You can demonstrate 4 years experience in financial advisory role managing more complex relationships and having indepth intergenerational estate and retirement planning knowledge.
Youre a certified professional (CIROID). You have current accreditation and good standing for CIROID licensing Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) Wealth Management Essentials Course (WME). CFP upon hire.
Youre a certified professional (Quebec). You have current accreditation and good standing in AMF licensing; Successful completion of Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC) or the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) to support AMF (Autorit des Marchs Financiers) licensing and Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC). Its an asset if youve completed CSI/ICB Investment and Taxation Fundamentals Course Quebec 0774 and CSI/ICB Legal & Ethical Aspects of Financial Planning Course 0790.
