Splunk Engineer TSSCI with POLY

BCTLLC is seeking a Splunk Engineer. The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI w/Poly. This position is located in Annapolis Junction Maryland. In this role the Slunk engineer is expected to use Splunk Software in his/her everyday role for searching monitoring and analyzing machinegenerated data.

What you will do:

• Administer Splunk clusters

• Upgrade the tool when required

• API data calls

• IAVA support

• CentOS7 to RHEL8 upgrade

• Moving to AWS

• Pulling logs for servers

• Creating dashboards and briefing material using Splunk data for CORT

What you need:

• Fourteen 14 years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity is required. Bachelors degree in System Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Science Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Active TS/SCI security clearance and a current polygraph is required
• Note: Five 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree
