Property Investment Sales Consultant Manchester Up to 30000pa 120000pa OTE
Are you an experienced Property Sales Negotiator looking to make some serious commissions in property sales
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a growing property investment group.

What you will be doing
- Building relationships with investors and homebuyers selling to a rapidly growing database
- Progressing and closing sales
- Selling of luxury new build apartments to investors
- Passionate about securing clients the right investment property for their needs and you should take pride in your service being second to none
What you will have
- Previous experience of working in the property investment/buytolet market is preferred but not essential
- Experienced property sales background with a proven track record
- Highly target driven with the ability to produce results
- Full UK driving license
- Good understanding of the mathematics of property investment (yields interest cover LTV etc)
- Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of basic legal contracts and sales agreements
