Solutions Consultant Legal Technology
Location: Hybrid / Melbourne
Type: Full-time 37.5 hours per week

About the Role
This is a dynamic client-facing role that sits at the intersection of legal technology and business innovation. Youll work directly with law firms across Australia and internationally to deliver tailored software solutions integrations and implementations that optimise their legal operations.
Youll be part of a collaborative and adaptable team that thrives on solving complex problems building long-term client relationships and pushing the boundaries of legal tech.
Key Responsibilities
Client Discovery: Consult with legal clients to understand business needs and technical requirements
Solution Design: Scope document and translate client requirements into technical specs
Software Implementation: Lead end-to-end rollouts including integration testing and configuration
Training & Support: Deliver engaging training and support post-go-live
Innovation: Collaborate globally and stay up to date on legal tech trends
Youll Bring
- Experience in legal technology or working with law firms
- Prior experience as a Solutions Consultant Business Analyst or Implementation Specialist
- Familiarity with tools such as iManage NetDocuments Actionstep Clio or similar platforms
- Understanding of APIs data migration and systems integration
- Excellent communication adaptability and a proactive problem-solving mindset
