Join Our Team as an Admissions Coordinator at Crossroads Continuum!Are you a peopleperson with a passion for helping families find the right support for their children Do you thrive in a missiondriven environment where your work truly makes a difference Crossroads Continuum is looking for an enthusiastic Admissions Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our programs and a vital link between new families and our school the Admissions Coordinator youll guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process lead school tours manage intake communications and collaborate with our educational and clinical teams. Youll also help showcase the impact of Crossroads through strategic marketing and community Youll Do:Be the first point of contact for families districts and advocates exploring our school and programsCoordinate student admissions from initial inquiry to enrollmentCollaborate across teams to ensure the best fit and seamless transitionsRepresent Crossroads at education forums conferences and community eventsSupport marketing efforts and promote awareness of our mission and servicesWhat Were Looking For:Bachelors degree required2 years of experience in admissions recruiting marketing or communicationsA warm professional communicator with strong organizational skillsSomeone whos flexible reliable and excited to make a positive impactWillingness to travel throughout Massachusetts as neededReady to open doors for others and grow your own careerApply today and be a key player in the Crossroads Continuum community!
