What Youll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure optimal production.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Maintain accurate records of production and equipment performance.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong problemsolving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
Work Environment
- Fastpaced production facility.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Physical demands including lifting standing and walking for extended periods.
