As a Client Experience Coordinator you will be instrumental in crafting bespoke experiences for our discerning clientele; Your background within highend hospitality hotel or retail settings will ensure that you seamlessly integrate into our tea bringing with you a dedication to excellence and an innate understanding of luxury service.

Responsibilities:
Design and execute personalized experiences that exceed client expectations.
Assist customers by answering or referring inquiries.
Cultivate strong enduring relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
Create a welcoming environment exceeding expectations in genuine hospitality service.
Approach all encounters with customers and colleagues in a gracious attentive courteous and serviceoriented manner adhering to the 105 rule of hospitality.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in highend/luxury hospitality hotel or retail with at least 12 years experience in the hospitality or service industries.
Positive outgoing and attentive demeanor.
Strong oral listening organizational skills and written knowledge.
