Job Description
What Youll Do
As an Auto Mechanic your responsibilities include awide range of automotive repairs:
- Review TSBs and other service recommendations and translate to customer needs.
- Honestly assess vehicles and build a detailed estimate of necessary repairs.
- Communicate cause and correction for customer concerns regarding their vehicle.
- Address any concerns from customers and interface with them on their vehicle as needed.
- Maintain professionalism.
- Keep shop in clean working order.
- Complete full accurate and honest courtesy inspections in service to our customers utilizing our digital einspection tool.
- Master MFG level diagnostic tools and subscriptions provided by ETF Ventures Inc.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (or 1 years of related work experience
- servicing vehicles instead of the degree).
- Proven experience as auto mechanic
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical electrical and electronic components of vehicles
- Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
- Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift)
- Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents dangerous fluids chemicals etc.
- Excellent physical conditions
- Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.
- Keeping a brisk work pace in a highvolume environment
- Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Valid drivers license and safe driving record.
Preferred:
Continue training to maintain current A.S.E. status and to meet with
technology and fleet changes as they occur.
Physical requirements:
Frequently required to stand walk reach talk hear stoop bend kneel
crouch squat climb and tolerate excess noise levels and car exhaust.
Vision requirements: close distance and color vision depth perception
and ability to adjust focus.
