The Role
We are looking for a new Sous Chef to join our Prezzo Family who hasreal leadership ability to drive your teams performance and ensure yourkitchen is consistent in everything it does.
As a Prezzo Sous Chef you will:
- Have a keen interest to prep and cook great quality Italian cuisine.
- Lead your kitchen often taking the lead with all processes including health and safety stock management ordering and staff development.
- Work closely with our Head Chef.
- Show #DriveToSucceed (this is one of our core Prezzo values!
- Be able to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Have a desire to grow your skills and career to become a future Prezzo Head Chef!
- Be financially accountable and meet company GP expectations.
- Play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of becoming the UKs favourite Italian dining experience.

Where isthe restaurant
Located on North Street in the heart of this old market town with the rail station only a 10 minute walk away. Prezzo Bishops Stortford is housed in the former George Hotel. The building dates back to the late 14th century and has played host to both Charles I and Charles II. Following a mammoth refurbishment project in 2010 the interior has been transformed into a bright and modern dining space while retaining much of the buildings original charm.
