Responsibilities:
The Recruitment Intern will be assisting the Recruitment Team. The responsibilities would involve the below but are not limited to:
- Driving recruitment activities.
- Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates from different online portals.
- Assisting in ideating and designing referral campaigns for the organization.
- Scheduling interviews and updating the candidates on the interview process.
- Manage applicants database on Applicant Tracking Software Zoho Recruit.
- Working on designing and executing various recruitment pilots.
- Helping in lead generation of college and university contacts across the country.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Preferred: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource or Marketing.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint Canva is preferred or any designing tools
Excellent in verbal and written communication.
