Summary
We are looking for a SubProject Manager Electronic Support (f/m/d) for the Electronic Support department in Ulm as soon as possible.The department is responsible for product development and project management of national and international projects in the field of Electronic Support. In the acquisition phase the department supports the sales campaigns and prepares the corresponding offers for our national and international customers.
In this position you will support the project management in various organizational and coordinative tasks in defined subprojects.
Your Tasks
Support project management in the planning and implementation of subprojects also in the area of internal product development
Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of project plans as well as monitoring and controlling of project progress
Support in reporting and reporting (including assistance with KPI monitoring and documentation in RiMis ProMISe)
Organization and coordination of internal and external meetings and documentation of the results
Support in the coordination of stakeholders such as customers contractual partners and suppliers
Collaboration in the preparation of presentations reports and documentation for the project management
Support in bid management tasks and independent management of small to mediumsized bids
Willingness to travel internationally is required.
Your Profile
Completed studies in the field of engineering electrical engineering communications engineering industrial engineering or comparable; alternatively relevant professional training with appropriate experience
First experience in project management or in supporting project management tasks advantageous
Experience in bid and project management in the defense industry advantageous
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel PowerPoint and MS Project Server
An independent structured and reliable way of working as well as high team and communication skills and assertiveness
Very good German and English skills
