About the Role:
The Director Corporate & Executive Communications will report into the VP of Communications and Publicity. The communications team gets the opportunity to tell the Tubi story to a wide variety of audiences from consumers and partners to advertisers and employees. Tubis unique platform enables unmatched creativity in storytelling making the communications function fun and energizing. Were looking for an experienced and strategic corporate and executive communications leader who is collaborative detailoriented and a selfstarter. In this role you will lead executive thought leadership for the company and support the business through strategic corporate communications. This role is executive facing and will be focused on refining the narratives for Tubi executives and building out new strategies and platforms for multiple parts of the organization.
This position will be hybrid in either our San Francisco Los Angeles or New York offices.
What Youll Do:
- Strategize build and maintain Tubis executive thought leadership programs including managing and leading speaking opportunities awards power lists and more.
- Define thoughtful and personal tracks where executives can help drive the Tubi narrative forward through the lens of their part of the business whether thats from product marketing advertising tech content or the office of the CEO.
- Bring build and manage relationships with event organizers and media to ensure we can secure the right opportunities.
- Partner with spokespeople on topics of interest prepare speaking submissions.
- Manage messaging and materials development for speaking opportunities run trainings rehearsals and prep calls.
- Prepare materials to socialize and promote where our executives are speaking.
- Partner with the broader communications team and external resources for media training and spokespeople training to ensure executives are wellprepared for the opportunities we provide them.
- Work as a strategic partner to the rest of the business to provide guidance and feedback on internal communications including spokesperson prep as needed and messaging guidance for critical communications touchpoints.
- Support major external announcement moments internally through channel strategy messaging brown bag planning or more.
- Collaborate with FOX on major internal moments including supporting the CSR report and OneFOX thought leadership and awards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting executives and/or a communications team in an internal communications function.
- Experience at a tech or entertainment company is preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional project management skills and time management skills.
- Demonstrated adaptability and professional maturity.
- Attention to detail and willingness to rollup sleeves to get the work done.
- Proven ability to think ahead engage proactively and take initiative.
- Selfstarter strong problem solver and project owner.
- Excellent team player who is committed optimistic enthusiastic and creative.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements the pay range for this role with final offer amount dependent on education skills experience and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus longterm incentive plan and various benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance a 401(k) plan paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
