In this dynamic environment we are looking for an ambitious and selfdriven Tech Advisory Public Sector Specialist to join our Tech & Data team in Athens. Youll work on highimpact projects collaborate with industry leaders and tackle real business challengesall while learning growing and redefining whats possible.

  • Engage with public sector clients to understand their business objectives challenges and technology requirements.
  • Facilitate communication among all involved stakeholders to identify and report on project objectives processes and performance standards while highlighting strategic decisions to be made by client management.
  • Serve as a key liaison between public sector clients and thirdparty vendors effectively managing relationships to address project risks and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Apply project management methodologies and tools to ensure effective project governance and that efficient mechanisms for proper risk issue and change management are established and timely maintained.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path tasks as well as plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate PMO tools.
  • Design and deliver highquality documentation including project management plans and artifacts for the entire project lifecycle (i.e. project management plans logs reports) to meet client needs.
  • Provide strategic guidance to public sector clients on leveraging technology to achieve their goals and objectives around the areas of technology infrastructure enterprise applications processes and digital innovation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory changes affecting the public sector and advise clients accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships serving as a trusted advisor and fostering longterm partnerships.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities preparing proposals and participating in client presentations.
  • Manage project teams ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering their professional growth and development.

  • University degree in Computer Science Engineering or other relevant fields; advanced degrees (MBA and/or other Masters Degree) viewed favorably.
  • Proven track record and professional experience 35 years) in technology consulting preferably within the public sector domain.
  • Experience in the implementation of tailored approaches for the design of PMO structures and operating models.
  • Strong understanding of public sector operations and processes including Management and Control Frameworks for cofunded programs (e.g. RRF / NSRF).
  • Experience in overseeing and reporting progress of largescale programs.
  • Excellent organizational skills having the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and able to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Handson experience in PMO and reporting tools including Microsoft Project / Jira PowerBI / Excel (Advanced).
  • PMP or PM2 (Advanced / Expert) certification will be considered a strong plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical technology solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and present ideas effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Greek and English both written and spoken.
  • Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.
